What can we say about Charmed Events and Frances... First off their services are AMAZING. From the time that we first met Frances, she was super friendly, professional, and very organized (which says a lot about someone who will be coordinating your big day). She was always available to talk, responded promptly and was very flexible with respect to meetings. Our meetings with her were always so fun. =) We hired Frances for her day of wedding coordinator services. With Frances, we felt assured that our special day would run smoothly with no major surprises. She coordinated with all of our vendors and helped draft our entire timeline for us which we followed the best we could. She was there at our rehearsal and provided guidance and gave direction to our bridal party, which made the day of that much easier. Her team is also very creative. We provided them an image of the table number décor we wanted and they were able to make them for us easily. Also, they created a remarkable escort list (it turned out so cute and completely matched our theme!) which helped our guests find their seats. Frances' vision for the wedding is invaluable as she provided so much helpful information to us, that it made our lives that much easier. From the folding of the napkins to the details of the table linens, her vision touched all of it. She was there from the start of the day until the cleanup at the reception. She even helped with the cleanup and delivery of remaining items to a set location. With her and her team's services we were able to take a step back and really enjoy our moment and let it soak in rather than have to worry about who was sitting where or what to do if an issue came up. In a heartbeat we would hire Frances and Charmed Events for any future events. We were absolutely CHARMED by Frances! =)

"Stephen and I just had a beautiful wedding and we owe it all to Charmed Events Group! When we set the date and booked the ceremony/reception site, we were both excited but also very nervous. Even though we had a rough outline of what we needed to do to plan our wedding, we did not know the specifics and were afraid we would make the wrong decisions. Fortunately, that was the time when we met Frances. From there, it felt like a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders!

She is a very charming and warm person. It was easy for us to communicate to her exactly how we envisioned our day to us. Unlike many wedding planners, she was open to new ideas and made sure to make things that seemed impossible at the time possible. She really made the extra effort to do things far and beyond expectations. Each meeting we had with her, she came very prepared and organized. She took the ideas we had for her, broke it down into manageable parts, and constructed and outline for us. This outline was extremely useful for us and Stephen and I followed it and found ourselves so much more stress-free. It relinquished our anxiety and moreover made wedding planning that much more enjoyable as it should be!

Ivy, the graphic desginer, was also extremely helpful. She helped me to create a surprise slideshow for Stephen and was able to incorporate all the multiple pictures, effects and ideas that I wanted to incorporate into my surprise. Frances also met and communicated with all our vendors and made sure that everything was taken care of. Not only that, she set up all the meetings and made sure the needs of each vendor and most importantly, our needs were met.

Both Frances and Ivy have shown us how organized and trustworthy they were and we knew that we were in good hands. The set-up, music, events, transitions all worked out beautifully and after each went smoothly, we felt more relieved and the day just got better and better. Frances helped us to make executive decisions throughout the planning process on even the smallest details and I must say, it realy wllowed us to fully enjoy our special day. Frances has far outdone our expecations in planning our wedding. She receives our utmost highest rating for a wedding planner!"
