Frances is the Founder, Principal Planner and Lead Designer for all of the weddings and events that we do here at Charmed Events Group. With a background in fashion design and event management for large scale events, her skills, creativity and personality is the perfect blend for couples and clients who are modern, trendy and of the moment. She is detail obsessed and has a personal mission statement of making all things beautiful through design. She is an avid traveller and has been all over the world experiencing different cultures and seeing new things to bring back and infuse with life in California. In her spare time, she enjoys baking (a lot!), makes it a mission to eat at every good restaurant or food joint that has been shared by the media or friends, never has too many crafting projects that come to mind that must be tried, and loves to curl up in bed reading books underneath a huge comforter, pillows piled high and a side of chocolate.

Staple obsessions: being a hopeless romantic, period history and fashion, anything Jane Austen, sky high designer shoes, must love dogs, coffee
Ivy is our office manager and in house graphics designer extraordinaire! She keeps our design and planning house in order and also custom designs all of the printed items for our clients. She is amazing at creating designs that directly translate the personality, style and likes of our clients. She is also the owner and founder of Post Etiquette, an alternative paper goods company. She is the sister of Frances, making Charmed Events Group and Post Etiquette the epitome of what a sister company is. On a personal note, she is a walking rock n' roll almanac.

Staple obsessions: office supplies and notebooks, the 60's era..not the hippie kind, the history of art leading up to post modernism, a good raincoat, and last but not least...kitties forever
Stacy is our assistant event planner. She is present at all of the weddings and events that we do and is a master of coordinating all of the details of the day and making sure that everything is in place. You may not always see her but her presence is a big part of what makes our events flawless. For that reason, we call her the ninja. She is a lover of all things Disney and her dream is to have her wedding either in Disneyland or on a Disney cruise.
Current obsessions: building a skill set of baking beautiful and tasteful cupcakes similar to Sprinkles and Kara’s
Staple obsessions: all things Disney with annual trips to Disneyland
Julie is our assistant event producer and our crafty bee. She is great at catching our design vision and at executing and installing all design elements on the day of. She is quiet and a bit shy, but has the warmest and most helpful spirit of anyone that we know.
Current Obsessions: on the hunt for yummy desserts/pastries 24-7
Staple Obsessions: milk tea, nail art, dog lover, curling up in bed on rainy days watching movies
Dustin (We call him Dusty!) is our in house carpenter and handy-man God send! Anything that you need, he can build. We are so happy to have him be on our team!
